Processing Times

At Wilder Kin Studio, each order is carefully prepared and packaged before it makes its way to you.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 working days after purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, seasonal launches, or promotional events. If there are any unexpected delays, we will always do our best to keep you updated.

 

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with any available tracking information once your order is on its way.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays outside of our control.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

 

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your prints and stationery arrive safely. We use packaging designed to protect your order while keeping waste to a minimum.

 

International Orders

Wilder Kin Studio is currently not dispatching international orders at this time. It is a service that we will be providing in the near future.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Wilder Kin Studio cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

Please contact us at hello@wilderkinstudio.co.uk as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
